At Ripple Science, we are always listening to our users and looking for ways to improve the Ripple application to better serve your needs. The latest update includes enhancements to our Report Builder functionality to help empower your team with data.
New Features & Functionality
Saved Reports. For all Ripple Pro users with the advanced reporting functionality enabled you will now have the ability to save reports you generate on the Report Builder so you can easily generate the data on demand.
Now on the Report Builder, you will see a Save Report button once you have a valid table of data generated. Selecting this option will allow you to provide the report with a name and description.
After a report is saved it will appear on the new “Reports” tab (currently visible only to Site Admins and Site Managers). All the reports you generate will display under the My Reports tab on the left menu. Simply select a report name to see the data generated immediately on the table. Just as with reports on the Report Builder this data is reflective of your account at the time the report is run. The data can be exported using the icons at the top of the page. You can also select the “Open in Report Builder” icon to view the details of the report measures and dimensions.
Any report that has a time dimension associated with it will allow you to change the displayed range right from the reports tab.

- Improved survey submission comparisons to allow for a larger set of special characters in global IDs
