How to: Archive a Study

Summary of Archived Studies

Ripple allows you to archive your studies that are completed or not being actively worked on. These studies will not appear in the drop down list of studies, but will be visible to site administrators in the Studies section of the Site Admin tab. An archived study hides the study from the studies drop down list, but saves all study data and can be unarchived at any time.

How to Archive a Study

Archiving studies can be done by Site Admins. To archive a study:

1. Navigate to the Site Admin tab
2. Find the study you to be archived
3. Click “Archive” in the Actions column
4. Ripple will prompt you to confirm you would like to archive the study. Click the “Archive Study” button.
5. Your study will now be archived.

To unarchive a study:

1. Navigate to the Site Admin tab
2. Find the study you to be unarchived
3. Click “Unarchive” in the Actions column
4. Ripple will prompt you to confirm you would like to archive the study. Click the “Restore Study” button.
5. Your study will now be unarchived.
