Working with Recruitment Strategies
In the Strategies section you can manage all tasks associated with the execution of your recruitment strategies. After creating a list of all recruitment sources, the next step is to brainstorm strategies that apply to the target sources. Strategies may be as simple as posting flyers or as in-depth as a referral system with local providers. Here are some popular recruitment strategies:
- Flyers
- Information tables
- Public lectures
- Print advertising
- Online advertising
- Referrals
- Direct mail
In the Strategy section you will be able to create tasks necessary for the execution of each strategy. You can assign the task to a team member, create due dates, etc. The task will appear on the team member’s My Tasks section of the Task tab.
